Tom and I want to thank you for the great service and wonderful products DirectBuy has to offer. We were hesitant in the beginning it seemed too good to be true. After we looked into the program we found out how rewarding it was. When we received a defective dishwasher, you sent us a new replacement. We are pleased with the kitchen cabinets and window coverings and all the other various things we ordered. We are now ordering garage doors for our previous house. We also want to tell you how pleasant Roger in the warehouse was, he always greeted us with a loud hello and was so willing to load and secure our heavy items.
