DirectBuy of Buffalo has a great warehouse staff. Meg and Jeff have always been so helpful with helping me get my items on my truck or delivering them to my home. They always call and let me know my things are in as soon as it comes in and sets up the best times for me to pick them up. I am a Canadian member, however, I enjoy shopping in the US at DirectBuy of Buffalo. Alexandria has always been very helpful. Whenever I need pricing for anything I would just send her an email with all the details of what I wanted and she would get back to me the next day with the total cost. Then I would come down to Buffalo on the weekends and she would help me place my orders. Hopefully, it wont be too long till I come back to Buffalo and have Alexandria help me again!

I had a bed set in mind that I had saw out in retail and wondered if I could get it at Directbuy. So I went to DirectBuy of Buffalo where Joe and Alexandria helped me find the bedroom set I saw out in retail, and I couldnt believe that the set I wanted only cost me $1900 when I saw in retail for $6000!!!
