Just finished remodeling a house and everyone at DirectBuy Signal Hill was amazing. Up and down the line from cabinet design, the front desk receptionist, to the order processing people, to the shipping dock to the ownership. There were some minor hiccups, but people at this location went out of there way to fix minor snags and expedite when there might have been a delay or backlog at the manufacturer. We saved 10’s of thousands of dollars and it was well worth it!!!!
I love this local branch and will actually miss coming by once a week to make a new order and to see the smiling, helpful faces.
