I am a new member of DirectBuy this year, and had a difficult order which I put together and had to ship to Hawaii. I want to let you know at National Headquarters that commendations are definitely in order for Shane at DirectBuy at the Tri-Cities/Yakima store. He spent a lot of time making sure all the bugs were out, calling suppliers, correcting orders, etc. Also, the team at the warehouse in Beaverton, (Portland) store in Oregon. Steve, Bryan and Ty, by name: they were very accommodating, polite, and did an excellent job in getting things in the container and off to Hawaii. These four people are a credit to your company.
