It has been a pleasure working with the staff at DirectBuy of Rochester. They are always friendly and professional when we visit the showroom. They were also patient and helpful when we designed our new kitchen. We made a few changes to the layout and cabinet style. They didn’t try to rush us to make any decisions. However, before joining DirectBuy we had visited several kitchen stores and felt like we were another number.
