I most often come alone and I always enjoy my visits. My husband and I frequent shop at DirectBuy San Diego South a lot. Each time we are welcomed with smiles, hellos, and many there use our names. Showing such friendliness is very important to us. We have used many of the catalogues in our research, as we are remodeling our house in San Diego.
The DirectBuy guys and gals are nothing but helpful whenever we have questions or make comments. Every person there is outstanding in being courteous, friendly, and willing to assist. This also includes the folks in the warehouse. There is not one person who I haven’t enjoyed seeing and my anticipated warm welcome from them never disappoints me. From the filling out of an order, to having it formalized, and to looking it over in the office is easy and painless. Even making the purchase-order payment brings smiles.
