I’d like to comment on the outstanding customer service I receive each and every time in the South Seattle DirectBuy location. I always receive the level I’d expect. It is also exceeded on most occasions. Whitney has always been pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable also. She has guided me to many purchases on items I haven’t much background on. Her straightforward explanations along with her very pleasant attitude make a trip to DirectBuy an enjoyable experience each and every time.
From purchases through the refund process, I’m always happy when I see the chair in front of Whitney vacant. I know all the service people are very competent at the South Seattle location. She is simply one of the best.

It was well worth the cost of the membership. We recouped the cost with our first remodel. We purchased an older home and decided to completely gut the inside. The kitchen designer (Grant) helped us plan kitchen and bathroom cabinets for our new home. We commented to each other later what a positive experience it had been. Grant is very knowledgable and his suggestions were greatly appreciated and received. He was a good listener, was patient with us, was totally focused, and just a nice guy! We were with him for a long session and walked out feeling like we have received the best service we could have.
