Our DirectBuy membership was the best money we ever spent! We’re building a new home and we got our membership dues back on our first purchase, flooring by Homerwood. DirectBuy savings allowed us to put more money into the “bones” of our home therefore building a much nicer home. We will continue to purchase the rest of our furnishings at DirectBuy. Another reason to be a member is the help you get from everyone. We feel a business is only as good as their staff, and they’re first class!
We became members in another state and find the quality and kindness of each store to be the same. We feel to not join the DirectBuy family is to spend money unwisely.

The employees at the warehouse encouraged me to write a testimonial about DirectBuy and the money we have saved since we joined.
We joined DirectBuy in August of 2007 anticipating that we would be building our dream home in the next 2 years. With the downturn with the real estate market, we decided in January of this year to invest in our present home with some remodeling. What started out as a full remodel of the kitchen turned into updating the master bedroom, three bathrooms and the utility room. Because of the money we were able to save through DirectBuy, we were able to do more remodeling and upgrade the quality of the items purchased. To date, we have saved over $17,000 purchasing through DirectBuy. We still plan on building that dream home in the next two or three years. I can only imagine the savings that will be realized on that project.

Please find a short road map of our first adventures with DirectBuy. “We arrived at the DirectBuy Outlet in Spokane, WA. at the last minute. Even though we did not have an appt. set up the staff was very courteous and the kitchen planner, Susan Martin, squeezed us into her busy schedule. To be fair we had a rough idea of what we wanted in a kitchen and the cupboard design, but she was very helpful in the sizing and placement of the cabinetry. We all missed a few things but were able to correct any problems that came up. The price was good on the cupboards and the order arrived on time with no damage to the shipped goods. My only complaint is the cost of shipping which is not covered by DirectBuy. All in all it was a great experience and we love the kitchen, my installation was a bit slow, but never having done it before I wanted to do a nice job. Thank you Susan!
