Everyone at our DirectBuy store is so helpful and friendly, especially Trisha. We dub her our personal customer rep! We are so excited about our membership with DirectBuy of West Riverside. Our very first order we saved over $3,300. When it’s time to shop-we are like kids in a candy store or even more, like kids heading to a day at Disneyland. We love shopping for anything and everything possible for our home. We are in the middle of a remodel and the savings will be phenominal! We know we’ll get the quality brands we expect at a price we can’t believe. We wish we would have known about DirectBuy a month before our membership. We bought a whole remodel of kitchen cabinets at the another store and paid $11,000 more than the exact same cabinets DirectBuy offers…from the day of our membership forward, we will make up for that, the cost of membership, and still save a bundle!!!

We are remodeling our house. When I was shown DirectBuy of West Riverside, I was highly skeptical. However, on our wood floors, we found a savings of over $1,700 over what we believed to be the best price on wood flooring available. Subsequently, we have saved $1,000 on the mattress we had selected and even got a better mattress. We saved $2,000 on our bedroom set. We were able to purchase higher grade appliances for less than we would have paid for lower level appliances. We saved over $14,000 on kitchen cabinets, over what we would have paid at a major warehouse “big box” store for identical cabinets. The price we paid for design work through DirectBuy was significantly lower than where we had checked. We were able to order a jacuzzi tub for about what a regular tub would have cost us. We also got much higher grade bathroom cabinets for less money than the cheap particle board cabinets we had reluctantly decided to buy before joining DirectBuy. Bob, Catherine, Don, Michelle, Jim, Tony, Philip, Cynthia, and the rest of the group have been excellent help. They have offered advice and options when everything was so confusing. Thanks Everyone!

Service has been the byword. For example: there were questions about the flooring so the manufacturer was immediately called; everyone helped with needed additional information; office staff went out of their way to facilitate special handling, shipping, and payment; joyfully warehouse staff loaded the items in our truck. This list goes on. The kitchen design was an exceptional effort, and the coffee pot is always filled! Service is only the beginning. The available discounts have been exceptional-saving us some $30,000 so far with more to come! Thanks DirectBuy Family. You’re Terrific!!!
